Fall 2019 Equinox
$35.00
Monday, September 23, 2019
6:30-9:30 PM
During the Fall Equinox, the number of daylight hours is equal to the number of nighttime hours. In other words, dark and light are in equal proportions on this day. Fall is the direction West on the Medicine Wheel, marked by the Queen archetype and the Water element. It is customary to honor these aspects during this time of year. Bringing ritual back to our culture, we will gather in the Tipi during this auspicious time to celebrate intentionally the turning of the season towards the inward journey into the darker part of the year.
Ceremonies are by donation. $35 is the suggested amount. Please contact Amanda directly if you would like to give a different amount.
